Laura Tull
Laura TullCertIOSH, AIFSM, Director
Coffee of choice: Americano

With over 17 years’ experience across a wide range of service and manufacturing industries, Laura specialises in helping businesses identify areas for improvement – where health, safety and fire management is not working for them. She equips them with the knowledge and tools to achieve not only regulatory compliance but also industry-leading best practice for the benefit of their staff and their organisation.
Laura has extended her expertise into fire safety – a key area of interest for both her and the businesses she supports.

Her key areas of experience include:

    • Coaching management and project teams to deliver work safely and efficiently across diverse sectors.
    • Auditing and reviewing business health, safety and fire arrangements – for those in construction, operations & maintenance, manufacturing, warehousing, office, retail, and CL1 & CL2 laboratory environments
    • Promoting the effective management of psychosocial hazards in the workplace, helping businesses understand the impact poor design and organisational arrangement has on employee wellbeing and organisational performance (Fun fact: she is also a trained Listening Volunteer!)
    • Supporting organisations to successfully achieve and maintain certifications such as ISO 45001 (previously OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001 by closing compliance gaps
    • Reviewing, creating, and collaborating on CDM documentation for Principal Contractors
    • Assisting commercial landlords in fulfilling their health, safety, and fire-related duties to tenants and their own staff – including mixed use premises.
    • Carrying out Fire Risk Assessments (Intermediate premises)
    • Developing and delivering IOSH-approved training courses
