Laura TullCertIOSH, MIFSM, Director

With over 17 years’ experience across service, commercial and manufacturing environments, Laura supports businesses in building practical health, safety and fire safety arrangements that genuinely work for their operations, teams and day to day challenges.

Laura specialises in helping SMEs, growing businesses and multi-site organisations identify compliance gaps, strengthen existing arrangements and implement proportionate health, safety and fire safety systems that support both legal compliance and safer ways of working.

Her approach is collaborative, practical and people focused — supporting businesses to move beyond paperwork-only compliance and towards arrangements that are workable, manageable and embedded into everyday operations.

Over the years, Laura has worked across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, warehousing, commercial premises, retail, laboratories, construction, operations and maintenance environments.

Alongside health and safety consultancy, Laura has also developed specialist experience in fire safety management and Fire Risk Assessments, supporting businesses in understanding their responsibilities under current fire safety legislation and improving wider fire safety arrangements.

Laura is passionate about helping businesses understand health, safety and fire management in a way that feels practical, proportionate and achievable. Her focus is always on building strong working relationships and delivering sensible support that reflects how businesses actually operate.

All consultancy support is backed by ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD), active IOSH membership and fire sector membership to ensure advice remains aligned with current legislation, guidance and industry best practice.

Richard Morgan BSc(Hons), CertIOSH Specialist DSEAR Assessor

Previously Her Majesty’s Principal Inspector of Health and Safety with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Richard conducted inspections across manufacturing, utility, and service industries throughout Great Britain.
Elected a Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (FIOSH) in 2005, he was also awarded the IOSH President’s Distinguished Service Certificate for Services to Health and Safety in 2013.

Richard’s key areas of experience include:

• Advising on and assessing compliance with the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) for the storage, processing, and handling of flammable or explosive liquids, gases, and dusts

• Assessing the design and safety of research pilot plants, including hydrogen facilities

• Leading advisory and enforcement health & safety inspections, audits, and investigations across:

• Heavy industry

• Medium industry (general engineering, woodworking, food manufacture, plastics, etc.)

• Light industry and services (transport, warehousing, retail, offices, etc.)

• Addressing occupational health issues across all sectors, including dust and fume exposure, carcinogens, noise-induced hearing loss, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and dermatological conditions
